Train Like a Cattlewoman
1) Fit your workout schedule and/or gym time into your schedule like you would a job. You are working to get yourself into shape.
2) Get much needed rest like 6-8 hours per night.
3) Make your drink of choice water. Try and drink half your body weight in ounces.
4) Thirty minutes prior to workout eat lean protein like Beef for energy.
